What comes next?

So, I wrote a couple of books and published them.

What comes next?

I’m going to be honest. I have so many book ideas.

I don’t see myself quitting any time soon. In fact, I have several that are in the works right now. My ideas keep me up at night something awful. I will be on the brink of sleep and BAM! I have to turn on the lamp to jot down my idea before I forget it.

And what happens the next morning?

I see that note and brainstorm for the rest of the day.

Next thing I know, my head has half a story outline but nothing else going on.

I think that’s one reason the second book came so easily in The Ride Series. Chase the Ride is my favorite book right now, and it was written and published in six months. It isn’t a typical MC club romance that other authors have put it. In fact, I wouldnt consider The Ride Series MC Romance at all, but that’s what some people have called it and I always wondered why. Kellan even states that he has no affiliation with a club, but I’m now off topic.

Chase the Ride was one of those books that I scribbled and tried to make sense of one weekend that I was up to piddling around my house. I was loading the dishwasher when the entire plot clicked into place. I threw everything to the side to start writing that outline, and by the end of the month I had something ready to be edited.

As of now, Chase the Ride is my steamiest romance novel. It’s my favorite, but there is so much more to come out. I have so many more ideas and scribbles sitting around waiting to be turned into books. I’m so excited for people to read the things I have planned.

Cheers for the weekend,

E.W.
